SMS (Spunbond-Meltblown-Spunbond) Construction

EVOLUTION 4 is a variation of SMS, a laminate (sandwich) of one layer of spunbond on the top and bottom and two layers of meltblown in the center. The spundbond provides strength and durability and the meltblown filters out dust and rain. It is remarkable that EVOLUTION® 4 brand is water resistant yet allows moisture trapped on your car, truck or SUV under the cover to evaporate.

4-Layers of Toughness and Durability

Made with 4-layers of non-woven polypropylene, EVOLUTION® 4 fabric absorbs chip-and-ding causing impacts in a way no other cover fabric can. Once the integrity of paint is broken, air and moisture can reach the underlying base metal and the process of corrosion begins.
