M1 version has rear crossbar for shoulder harness mounting. M2 version has harness tabs instead of the crossbar to accommodate the glass rear window.

Hard Core Hardtop versions are available for use with hard top (or soft tops). It is 1/2 inch shorter and sets back a little.

NOTE  to 2001-2005 owners. The Core will restrict your seat a little. While you will be able to slide it all the way back, you will not be able to recline the back without hitting the bar. This will only affect those you drive with the seat all the way back and reclined a notch or two. Your option is to either install the Sport Bar or replace the seats with the lower back seat design from previous years.

Must drill holes in several places.

The plastic panels covering the seat belt towers must be trimmed.  See below

Tools Needed:
   16mm (or 5/8 socket) wrench
   10 mm wrench or deep socket
   2 - 9/16 wrenches
   Phillips head screwdriver
   Tin snips (for panels and sheet metal)
   T-40 Torx Drive 6 pt.
    Drill & long 3/8" drill bit
   Jack and Jack Stands
   3/4" Hole Saw (some ABS cars)

Delivery
Note - Because of the many different models of Hard Dog roll bars, they are shipped directly from the factory as per your order. Expect at least 2 to 6 weeks for delivery. -

Leather or Vinyl wrap options are now available for the Core.  However, if you use your car on the track... remember SCCA Solo I rules require that the bar be able to be inspected at anytime.


 Hard Core bars are not available in Polished Stainless Steel
