First off - basically - if you don't like a product you bought from
Team Miata - you don't have to keep it. 
We will do our best to tell you all about our products up front,
but sometimes it still may not be what you expected.
If you aren't happy - we aren't happy -
so just arrange with us to return it within 15 days of purchase.

Shipping

Most orders are shipped U.S. Postal Priority Mail unless requested otherwise. 
Then we can use either FedEx or Express Mail
With
U.S. Postal Priority Mail you should receive your item in 2 to 3 business days  
after we process
your order. 
But we can't guarantee it, sometimes the Post Office gets a little slow.
Some larger items will be shipped UPS ground
(roll bars, batteries, and floor mats) 
and take 3-10 business days for delivery.
UPS & FEDEX Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii and US Territories  will be charged actual shipping charges.
Shipping rates apply to U.S. Postal Priority Mail shipped orders
within the United States and territories only.

Attention U.S. Military Personnel

To show our gratitude to our men and women in uniform, we welcome orders being shipped to military addresses.  We will make special exceptions to our shipping policies to process orders to military address (APO and FPO) through the U.S. Postal Service.  We thank you for your service to our country!
Please note that roll bars and batteries can not be sent via USPS.

 

International Sales

Sorry - but due to the extra time and expense of processing foreign orders, 
we can no longer ship orders outside the US (the 50 States), except for APO/FPO addresses.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and immediately notify the carrier immediately
if the shipment is damaged or incomplete.

Returns

Products may be returned for a full refund (less shipping and handling) within 15 days provided product and packaging are in like new condition with all packing materials intact. 
Items that are individually boxed MUST be returned within an another box if it was originally shipped that way. This protects the product box from damage.
Incomplete or damaged shipments must be reported to Team Miata, U. S. Mail or UPS within 3 business days.
All returns MUST first receive a return authorization number.
Orders returned without a return authorization number can not be accepted - sorry.  
Items returned may
be subject to a restocking fee.
Items received for which the instructions above were NOT followed WILL
be subject to a restocking fee.

PLEASE - make sure you insure your return! While the post office in general in very good, packages do get damaged or turn up missing. We cannot be responsible for your return if it is damaged in transit or worse yet, never arrives here. Insurance is your only recourse if the return disappears in transit. We will assist you in your claim to the Post Office but we cannot be held responsible for missing U.S. Mail from you to us.

All freight on returns must be prepaid & insured.  
No C.O.D.s will be accepted.

Team Miata Product Warranty and Liability

We at Team Miata are pleased to stand behind the equipment that we sell, and accordingly, we provide our limited warranty as follows:
In support of our sale of certain products and equipment, Team Miata does hereby warrant that the equipment is in good working order at time of shipment.
Should the equipment develop mechanical or electrical problems within 30 days of the date of delivery, Team Miata will either repair or replace the product at our discretion.
Any warranty is void if the equipment has been in our opinion: damaged by negligence, including but not limited to improper installation; use other than for the purpose for which it was intended to be used; used separately added on to, or used with other equipment which may effect the integrity, performance safety, or reliability of the equipment.
Team Miata accepts no liability, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to matters of quality or fitness of purpose and under any circumstances whatsoever, for any consequential damage or loss suffered by anyone as a result of using any products or being unable to use the product.
Mazda and Miata are registered trademarks of Mazda Motors of North America, Inc.
and are used by Team Miata for identification purposes.
